First of all, put oil in a pan on low flame and keep it for heating and add rai and curry leaves in it and crackle.

Now mash the potatoes and add turmeric powder, coriander powder, mango powder and salt and then cook well.

Now prepare a thick solution by adding gram flour, salt, baking soda and water in a vessel and heat oil in a pan on low flame.

Now make balls of potatoes and dip them in gram flour batter and keep them aside till they turn golden brown.

Now cut it from the middle and put dry red chutney on it, then add Rakhi and a little dry red chutney on top. Do it on the other part, now your Vada-Vada is ready.

Now your big thing is ready, serve hot with fried green chillies and green chutney.
